Bewonersbrief.nl App

WzTechno developed the Bewonersbrief.nl app, a mobile tool that helps couriers handle their assigned delivery jobs from start to finish. Available on iOS and Android, it lets couriers view their assigned orders, open order details and delivery information, chat with other users on the same job, and follow delivery progress on a map.

Each job can include several couriers, with one captain responsible for checking the printed materials and attachments before starting the delivery. During an active round the app uses location tracking so progress is visible on the map. Couriers can pause, resume or complete their delivery and help colleagues on the same job once their own route is done. The result is a clear, reliable workflow for authorised delivery teams distributing resident letters.
